Over the last 20 years, the Regional Arts & Culture Council has supported thousands of local artists with grant funding and technical assistance services. These artists, in turn, have helped build Portland’s reputation as an international center of culture and creativity. In celebration of RACC’s 20th Anniversary, we want to do even more.

We invite you to join us on Saturday, August 1, 2015 for a special event, “In the Garden of Artistic Delights,” benefiting RACC’s grantmaking program for individual artists. Generously sponsored by Arlene Schnitzer.

The event will take place at Bella Madrona in Sherwood– also known as “The Gardens of Sampson and Beasley.” On a beautiful summer evening with a full sturgeon moon, we will celebrate the splendor of our local artists with delicious food, tantalizing beverages, and artistic discoveries sprinkled throughout the magical garden. A full 100% of the proceeds will be awarded as grants to individual artists this fall and winter.

Early bird tickets purchased until June 1st for $125 each. Starting June 2nd, tickets will cost $150 each. Patron tables of ten are also available for $2,500; contact jhawthorne@racc.org or call 503-823-5258 for more information.
